  • The solution: Download the app called ivote. It’s an app that helps you figure who to vote for during the general election every two years.
    • This app helps people to stay engaged with politics and learn more about voter issues.
  • The model: swipe method for finding similar policies and candidate policy
    • You select the state you live in for Senate elections. Like tinder, you swipe left and right to each core policy issue. The result is the candidate who is most in alignment with your ideology.
    • If you don’t know much about a political issue, there is a button you can click on to learn more about the issue from both sides.
    • At the end, the app leads you to the nearest voting booth and tells you when your local election date is.
  • Maintenance: This app will need to be maintained every two years for Senate elections and HOR elections.
  • Potential issues: Personal information required would only be someone’s zip code to identify the person’s senator and representative. Additionally, the zip code would be used to identify where the nearest voting booth is.
